Large Site Development

The project development area is for future Data Center use in Reno, NV. The entirety of the park consists of 1500 AC of land. The teams will be looking at Phase 1 of the project; this will include roughly 50 AC for a future substation, an access road that will lead from the entrance to the substation, and infrastructure improvements to access the venue from the local highway. 

 

We will be providing information for quantities, trade proposals, and other reference material. Focus will be on Equipment Selection, Execution Plan, Bid Price, Trade Partner Selection, and Schedule. 

 

This will be large scale mass grading, roughly 1.2 Million Cubic yards Cut/Fill. That will include Blasting/Crushing/ Earthmoving. 

 

There will be an opportunity to review multiple trade partners for the scope and make selections on subcontracted work.
